My name is Tina Michelle, owner of Pole Fitness Divas. I am a fitness model, a fitness competitor in the bikini division for Europa Super Show, and a certified Xpert Pole Fitness Instructor, Zumba Fitness Instructor and Group Fitness. My love affair with fitness training has allowed me to travel, train and perform outside of my native home, Dallas, TX and in featured places like Las Vegas, Nevada, West Palm Beach, Florida, and to the shores of Playa Del Carmen, Mexico to dance on stage at Coco Bongos. Thriving from an innate love of tennis, basketball, volleyball, and track, I am redefining those methods of sports, exercise, and exhilaration into Pole Fitness Dance instruction.
My studio is located at 1700 Commerce, Studio 1120 in Downtown Dallas. We offer various classes such as “Strutting in Stillettos, PoleAerobics, Diva Dip & Sips, Tone & Tighten, & Sexi Pole Sculpting Class-” where you work with a trainer to build strength.
