About Me

ABOUT ME:

My clients have found me to be endlessly energetic and easy to work with a great sense of humor and comfort, while always bringing outside of the box ideas to shoots for maximum benefit to their project. I treat every project as if it will be my first, and my last. I am available for bookings across the US with paid travel and accommodations. Photography is my career and the only way I make a living, so ask me about traveling to you, as I'm regularly traveling to clients. I have been shooting for many years, and I love what I do. There really is no better job than being able to help execute and build on a clients vision, and regularly help other professionals take their vision to the front of the echelon. As a reward for this work ethic and care for my clients concerns and visions, I've been fortunate enough to create with some of the top models, entertainers, musicians and companies in the country, and I am very grateful for these opportunities and being able to live my dream as a career.

***My time is valuable, and I hope yours is as well... as such, I do not accept TFP or TFCD, I've got more portfolio material than I know what to do with... I DO look forward to collaborating with other artistic minded individuals to give them something vibrant, different and over the top to make their portfolio or project stand out. I've worked with numerous models, families, entertainers, musicians, groups, companies and events across the country over the years, allowing me the experience to streamline a complete, but never unnecessary combination of equipment and have developed a very efficient workflow with the utmost concern for the end product.***

BOOKING ME:

While I love my job, it is not a service that comes without cost. With airfare, hotel, vehicle and transportation expenses, and especially equipment, expendables, rent, maintenance, insurance, etc..., there are many costs I absorb and some that I have no choice but to pass on. Also, with travel, the average trip costs me well over $1000! Because of these considerations, I do require payment for my services, which is usually just a small investment in your future if you are a like minded, serious working professional. I love being part of the creative process and I am very well prepared for shoots. I work tirelessly to make sure that there is mutual benefit in every project I undertake, and will not embark on any shoot that I can not give at least 100% to. Anyone I have worked with will tell you the same. I have an extensive art background, resulting in an extensive understanding of concepts and composition. I also have an extensive background in photofinishing, studio management and prep, and equipment integration, making me a very versatile professional, heavily invested in not only my success, but the success of those I work with.

My rates vary by project, location, and my availability. My rates are sometimes negotiable, depending on if I am booking multiple jobs in one location, or a variety of other factors. I am first, and foremost, an artist rather than a capitalist, as such, I work to make sure that my rates are the best value in the industry. I never undercut those in my industry to get clients, nor I am not unreasonable in my rates to clients, because I believe in fairness. I check my rates against those in my various markets regularly, and they are an incomparable value for the artistic, monetary and time investment I make in each project.

I require a deposit of half down, half upon appointment to all clients. This has never been a problem to any of my serious clients in 21 years. If, for some reason, you need special arrangements, please let me know.
For travel: cancellations within 7 days, there is a 50% fee (of our agreed on rate), and for those within 48 hours there is a 100% fee. This is due to the fact that when I travel I have already covered a majority of the expenses. This is my full time job, and if I fly myself to another city, I rely on the jobs you book me for to pay for that flight, hotel, and other travel expenses.
