I'm Kimberley Noel the Owner/Designer of Empress K Designs. I've always been into fashion from makeup and hair to wardrobe styling. I LOVE accessories so that's why I'm doing this. It's a passion. I am from Brooklyn New York. I've been designing jewelry for about 5 years but only for myself. I decided to actually create my business a couple months ago because I feel that everyone should be able to wear my designs. I feel my designs helps you to be free the designs are funky and creative.
