My name is Monika Foltman. I am a fashion and portrait photographer based in Dublin Ireland. I also offer product photography service for start up businesses.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
I have been working in the fashion industry since the year 2000. I was working in School of Modelling and modelling agency as a catwalk coach and image consultant in Kraków. I have a vast experience working with models looking for jobs, helping them to create the right look, also to present themselves in the best light during castings. I was also working with clients who were looking for models.

Photography has always been my passion. After I graduated my photography courses in Dublin I started building my portfolio. I was working with Art of Modeling agency during their promotional tour, I was also training models before the Vintage Fashion Show for LetsDoItForBen charity last year. Also for six weeks I was working with forty students in Fingal Community Collage organising the fashion show, I was running catwalk course, I was also responsible for the make-up and photography.

In November 2011 I was in the team of Miss Ethnic beauty contest and fashion show also running the catwalk training and working backstage during the show. At the moment I am working on a project for the Xclusive magazine together with Louise Kaiser, I work with a few companies providing photography service for their websites, I also work with models offering portfolio photo shoots and catwalk tuition.

EDUCATION
I graduated the photography course at the Institute of Photography in Dublin and Fashion Photography course with Rick Taylor well known and experienced fashion photographer at Make-up FabLicious Academy. I also graduated basic make-up course, quite often I do the make-up and styling myself, but I also work with prof make-up artist and hair stylists as well.

MY STYLE:
I love playing with the light so my photographs are vivid and full of life and colour. I love to photograph people I find it interesting and challenging to catch this one moment that may never happen again, the unique facial expression, the emotion.. I love to find the beauty in every person and bring it out in my photographs.
