About Me

I am really new at this, but my friends and family have been pushing me to give this a try. I have moved from Wisconsin to South Carolina for a whole new life. I was at one point a very thin 160lbs. But after being around the beach and a miltary town it push me to do something about myself. Now my motivation is to stay fit and healthy. Also I don't want myself to end up like all my friends in Wisconsin have not interest in taking care of themselves. I have a positive attitude and see what happens from here.
