As aspiring professionals, we come to learn modelling is a sensitive, intimate experience where the slightest change in expression can make or break a photo. To ensure a successful photo shoot, I strive to build a delicate rapport with the model before and throughout the photo sessions. This dialogue is an artform, a powerful connection that I, as a photographer must achieve.

When working the camera I seek the “artist gaze” – a lens through which I view the world free of bias.. In this state, the model – and rest of the frame – become nothing
more than light, color, curve, motion and the elements that comprise a great photograph.
