I have been a keen photographer since childhood mastering the art of photography using traditional film, where each shot had to count. Now we are in the age of digital photography I still aim to make each shot count. How I managed when I only had 36 shots in my camera and two weeks holiday I'll never know!
The subject is the key! The photographer is there to record the subject, and using his skill, judgment, expertise and experience; refine it, enhance it, and show off its facets in a way that befits both the subject and the customer brief. Without a subject, the photographer is nothing!
I am joining Model Mayhem to extend my experience of working with models. Photographing people is what interests me and I would like to become more creative, and the right subjects will allow me to develop my style.
