Worked in visuals for a couple of decades. i shot commissioned portraits of Tim Chappel (Won an oscar for costume at the AAs in LA), Graeme Murphy (Sydney Dance Company), Clement Meadmore (sculptor), Group 91 (design Dublin) shot Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras for 10 years, did 300+ weddings, BenQ's Australian Launch. Advertising for Apple, Ford and a campaign for Small Luxury Hotels that went global... exhibited photos of men in 7, published in 6 countries and represented in the Kinsey collection in the USA and the National Library of Australia. Oh and i was Troughman's personal photographer for 10 years (don't ask). In Beijing i worked with AustCham, Argyle Hotels and Red Gate Gallery on a regular basis, doing assignments for others as asked.

Done artist in residence programmes at Red Gate Gallery and Three Shadows Photographic Arts Centre, Beijing. Doing projects and hoping to find assignments. Have done a Masters of Arts in photography comparing the different construction of Australian and Chinese masculinity, which taught me that westerners are very much of the 'warrior' traditon which is about physical being (so i like to photograph them still and make the photographs about their form) where as Chinese are about the 'scholar', (which means about being a man by doing and cultural attainment).
