Well to start off my name is Jessie. I started into the whole photography thing about 5 years ago. The whole reason I started taking pictures was because of my first hobby, cars. I wanted to take those "cool car pictures" and that is where it all began. I picked up my first DSLR (Nikon D40) and started taking pictures of my car and friends cars. I soon out grew that camera and moved onto my second DSLR (Nikon D90). I used that camera for a good amount of time and it is where my love for photography started to grow. I began taking pictures of more than just cars. I took pictures of landscapes, buildings, family events. I then stumbled across an amazing deal on the camera I have now (Canon 5D Mark i). After upgrading I continued to take the same kinds of pictures but family and friends really pushed me to start doing this as more than just a hobby. I started doing small work for people and night clubs never thinking I was good enough to do an more than that. After pressure from family and friends I started to look into taking pictures of people and doing portrait work. A few friends asked me to take there's so I did and the response I got from them was good. This is what brings me to this site. The vast amount of talent that this site has can do nothing but better my own talents in the photography field.
