A star-shaped hole was torn in me and star starlight that entered my mouth filled my lungs, burning and luminous.

Art means something metaphysical to me - she is not only an entity but a state of existence, a hidden place. The role of the artist is to follow her, to devour her and to become her. Apotheosis is the end of the journey.

I am a mixed media artist and photographer, now interested in being in front of someone else's lens for a change. I have been working on self-portrait projects for 9 years and believe I have good knowledge of light and proportion.

I explored still photography 2005-2008 and then began experimenting with short, ritualistic films. I am now working with watercolour paint as well as analogue/digital photography and moving image.

My first love is art, and without trying to offend anyone, any modeling I do must be for artistic purposes or I will not be interested. I like creative, original ideas that are not spawned or stolen from someone else, and I really hope to find some talented people to make some amazing art with. I believe strongly in the power of images and the relationship between model and photographer must be strong in order for something interesting to manifest into a potent picture.

I draw a lot of inspiration from art movements, in particular: Symbolism, Romanticism, Pre-Raphaelite and Renaissance paintings. I love vintage photography and an old-fashioned/Victorian aesthetic. I am open to any ideas and will carefully consider everything but please don't be offended if I decline :)
