ABOUT:
I'm Ragdoll and I run Ragdoll Weave Co. (www.ragdolly.net).
A small internet hairpiece business located in the North Central Florida college town of Gainesville, since 1997.
Ragdolly.net has been around forever... If there is a hairpiece style worn today in the club scene, we probably invented it in the early 1990's. I am always searching for models in the Gainesville, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Orlando areas to represent ragdolly.net.

My background is in apparel design and product development. I spent many years in a cubicle drawing on the computer in both Manhattan and the Tampa area. Currently, I work full-time in the Tampa Bay Area, FL as a fashion designer for a department store's private brand line.

PHOTOS:
I take most of my own portrait style product photos out of necessity. Taking my own photos makes for a drama free, low cost, consistent, and speed to website experience. If we have a fancy concept shoot for web design or publications, I will often work with TF-CD (trade photography for hi-res CD) photographers that I trust to return photos in a timely manner. I give hi-res CD's of photos to my models/MUA's/stylists within 7 days of the shoot for their own use. You can use the photos as you see fit, just please give credit where it is due.

Hairstyling:
I create all of the hairpiece samples for shoots, any handle most of the application unless I send hairpieces off to be shot by someone else. The credits will be noted on the photo if that is the case. I will often have an assistant to speed up the process of application before styling. Our hairpieces are temporary for photo shoots and I do not alter your hair in any way.

MUA:
There are very few artists that I trust to do make-up on my models, because I have a certain look for my company. Glamy (17926) or fashionpl8 (288013), both are licensed and I have been working with them for over 10 years. If they are not available, then I apply the make-up to my models.

PHOTOGRAPHERS:
I am seeking photographers with indoor climate controlled studios with adequate lighting that will give us TF-CD very quickly. We work TF-CD only, no exceptions. If a photographer cannot return to us a CD of hi-res images within 7 business days, I am not interested in working with them. My favorite photographers to work with are:

MODELS:
TF-CD ONLY.
We do not reimburse for travel or expenses. You will need to sign a model release, so that we can use your images on our website, publications, and advertising. Models will also receive a hefty discount on hairpieces, after they have completed at least one photo shoot. We do not give away hairpieces- that means that even if you wear it for the shoot, you will not be able to keep it.
TF-CD only.

Most of our shoots are coordinated at locations in either Tampa (FL) or Gainesville (FL) during the daytime on weekends. Most of our models live in the Tampa (FL), Orlando (FL), Tallahassee (FL), Gainesville (FL), or Jacksonville (FL) areas and drive over. Once we confirm you as a model, we can help you coordinate with other models in the area to carpool if needed.
We now only shoot 1-2 models at a time and no longer coordinate larger shoots.

Models need:
- to be located within the Florida area and have their own transportation
- understand what TF-CD means
- have a positive attitude, are drama free, and come to shoots prepared with a clean face, clean hair, hydrated skin, shaped eyebrows, and no facial hair (we are not asking for much)
- are over the age of 18 with proper ID are are required to sign a model release with a photocopy of that ID
- limited to 1 chaperone per model (are not to take photos or interfere with the shoot). If you bring more than one chaperone, your chaperone talks to our other models, or your chaperone brings a camera with them- I will kindly ask you and your chaperone to leave the shoot.
