Photography has always been a passion of mine since my father handed me over his Yashica 35 mm when I was about 10. Since then, I'm the one that is usually behind the camera. 5 years ago while in San Diego, I purchased my first semi-serious Fuji. That alone inspired me just to get out and start shooting. I moved back to Iowa and had the luxury of about 4 months of not working. So I spent a lot of time writing and photographing. Lots of landscapes and then I became brave enough to start shooting people, the most challenging subject of all. I would like to find opportunities to find models for photo-shoots so I may continue to improve my craft and hopefully give models so great shots to use for their endeavors.
