Okay, spring is mostly gone, and I have been shooting lots of sports for other people. That means I have not been shooting much for myself. I need to get back to shooting for myself and being creative in a way that I want, and not tied to the assignments I am given. I need to explore and push the boundaries; I need to try things that may or may not work.

I have a few ideas, but no MUA/hair people in my network. I feel my work has reached the point where I need MUA/hair to continue growing. Last time I tried to get one, I came back empty-handed. So if you have one in your network or you are good at doing your own, all the better!

I have felt drawn to faces, and parts of faces; extreme close-ups. If you are interested in new headshots or playing with your make-up for some different looks, I would love to shoot you! I will be posting a casting call just for this!

I don't profess to follow any specific style or specific photographers styles, but I would like to share some of my biggest influences/teachers:

There are, of course, MANY others, but these are the biggest influences on me so far. Also, a special shout out to my friend John, MM# 348928, who has been a great mentor and helped me develop in many ways.
