March 2024: This past year was a good bit slower than I anticipated and I'm looking to increase the number of times I shoot in 2024. That said, I don't enjoy rushing shoots and I like working with models to create something interesting. My goal for 2024 is to move into more narrative themes: from fantasy costumes to story themes.

I'm often willing to pay models; I'm happy to support their professions, but it's uncommon for me to agree to more than $300/shoot and I prefer 3 hours to shoot because I like to talk. **Note: If you need to reschedule within 24 hrs of a shoot, $50 will be removed from the total payment. I'm astounded at how often this occurs and it's extremely inconvenient.

I like to think I'm a fine-art photographer specializing in dramatic, low-key portraiture, but the "fine-art" part bounces around. Most of my images are glamour, but I enjoy turning much of what I shoot towards narrative and themes. All my images are post-processed with most of my images being edited into either black & white or heavily color-graded. My Instagram has my most up-to-date work. My website and here are updated less frequently.

I love the art of photography and the collaborative process behind it. One of its greatest strengths is that it doesn't have to be an individual art project. Similar to a book, it takes a story (the model) and a storyteller (the photographer). This is where I'm hoping to take my new portfolio. Finding models to stand in front of the camera is easy; finding models to create a story with seems to be harder. I've only hosted a couple of narrative-based shoots so far but I'm looking forward to many more. If that's what you're interested in, track me down!

While I'm always happy to be paid for my work, I do enjoy photography for itself and I'm open to hearing TF* offers. I do pay models as well if they can commit to being a part of the creative process, but I've no interest in paying models who only wish to be a face for a few hours. If you're interested in shooting, please message me. Trading will generally only be with more experienced models but do not hesitate to ask.
