I am a photographer currently living in Nashville, TN. Lately, I am also often in the Dayton area of Ohio as well as Cleveland and Pittsburgh.

I have done a lot of portrait work over the years, but my primary work to date has been in Unit Stills Photography, landscape, and fine art. I am looking to expand with some more abstract/stylized portrait work, including artistic nudes or implied nudes, in the vein of Vincent Peters, Sonia Sieff, Saul Leiter, etc. I'm not interested in intentionally erotic, Playboy type photography (nothing wrong with it, though, of course).

Specifically, I am beginning to work on a project with a spontaneous, authentic quality - almost like scattered pages of a visual diary. Images that, while (sometimes) posed, feel genuine and candid.

I shoot by myself, never with assistants as I don't do anything super complex. Lighting is usually very simple, often using only available light or minimal LED/flash lighting.
