I've been using Adobe since the beginning of PhotoDeluxe. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator are my second homes and lately, I've been snooping around Adobe Lightroom's neighborhood.

Retouch fees:

Simple/basic Retouch - $10
Elaborate Retouch (ranges) - $25 - $50 (depending on the elaborate nature of the request)

I currently do not have any surreal/dreamy retouches in which the entire background and all the elements have been manipulated, so I will not be offering my services for such work at this time.
