Sean Carter Photography is an Ann Arbor photography studio specializing in portraiture and performance in southeast Michigan. Portraiture services include Senior Portraits, Actor Headshots and Wedding Engagement photography. Sean believes that life and photography should be enjoyable—not something through which we must suffer.

Sean has worked with many Michigan actors to craft photographs that represent their essential uniqueness and personality, while remaining true to the purpose of producing professional headshots for the working (and aspiring) actor.

This philosophy also guides Sean’s work with High School Seniors and Engagement Photography. Through meeting and communicating with prospective clients prior to their sessions Sean is able tell their story through images that reflect the interests and personalities of his clients.

Sean Carter has also worked capturing performances for the Purple Rose Theatre Company of Chelsea, Michigan. This rewarding work is conducted during dress rehearsals, and the photographs made as the performance unfolds.
