Ricardo Joseph aka Dynamik Boss aka Melendria Knowles is a Student, Runway Coach, Model, Dancer, and Choreographer. He is originally from Haiti and has lived in New York City for over 8 years. His active lifestyle began at the young age of 9 years old as a dancer and age of 20 years old as a model. He started his educational life at the age of 4 in a foreign elementary school (for Creole, American Sign Language, and English (fluently)) in Brooklyn, NY.

Ricardo continued dancing at Bay Ridge Academy Elementary School, becoming a lead of a dance performance (as hard-of-hearing himself). As a hearing impaired, he has been dancing which brought individuals to live and see the evidence that he is capable of dancing front whether hearing people, deaf, or hard-of-hearing. He took his opportunity to learn various dance styles such as Hip Hop, Jazz, Fem Funk, Dancehall, High Heels, pole dancing, and Burlesques. He doesn't chase after money when it comes to dancing as his passion. He continues to raise his energy, strength, and confidence performing on stage and films. He later has done back up dancing for artists such as Demi, Gigi Rose, Trent Crews, Sandflower Power, Kaylem, etc. He has been featured in music videos with Bashy, Kurt Dumas, Demi, Lovox Sharpe, and Jessica as a dancer. From dedicated-life, he has done back-up dancing with artists listed in the previous sentence, Trent Crews, drag entertainer Jayonce, and to name a few. Formerly a member of a dance team Lush Therapy.

To him up off the street and away from trouble, he pursue his life as a dancer and currently working at Sears Holding as a Merchandise Customer Assistant. However, his current job has not stop him from dancing.

After moving to ahead to the next level, Ricardo volunteered as a runway coach in Brooklyn, NY. He had maintained a lot with helping models how to walk, turn, pose, and etc.

He always aspired to be a runway model, print model, promo model and since entering the modeling world in 2010, has built a solid resume doing runway shows, print ads, and music videos to name a few. Alongside with modeling , he has been doing multiple shows featuring urban, gothic, and trendy designs. Even, if he hasn't grow to be 6ft or taller, his energy is everywhere and still running to become an upcoming world model, dancer, runway coach, and computer technician. He is unstoppable, outgoing, energetic, ambitious, friendly, and confident.

Dynamik Boss credits his achievement to his supportive family, friends, fans, and loved ones.
