About Me

I am a Fitness Director at a popular health club in Southern California, I have been training/coaching people to reach their fullest potential in health and fitness for the past 10 years. I have coached wrestling and judo for kids ages 5-17, and adults as well.
I like to wrestle, kickbox, run, lift weights, anything having to do with exercise.
