Colin Megaro is a national fashion and lifestyle expert who brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the industry. Colin’s love for fashion began at an early age and he credits his grandmother as his greatest inspiration. He studied psychology at Amherst College but it wasn’t until a trip to Maui that he realized his true passion – fashion and lifestyle. Megaro attests that the island evoked such a magical feeling that he found it impossible not to use the feeling as a catalyst to spring board into the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Megaro took a leap of faith and moved to New York City to pursue his dream of working in the fashion industry. He continued to nurture his craft and learned all facets of the styling profession. It was through his diverse backgrounds that ultimately lead him to the editorial world, where he served as Senior Fashion Editor for Fashion Q and A.

After gaining invaluable styling experience, Colin began working within the lifestyle space. He was able to branch out into different areas in interior design and was hands on with everything from creating textiles; to adding his sought after style to amazing homes, events and fine jewelry.

In 2008, Colin parlayed his acute fashion sense and love for luxury lifestyle and created Colin Megaro, LLC, a bi-coastal lifestyle management company. Megaro LLC went beyond creating just wardrobes, the company created a lifestyle that exudes the clients’ personality. A selection of clients include Missi Pyle of “The Artist,” “Jennifer Fails,” Super Model Nikki Taylor, Michael Emerson of “Person of Interest,” Carrie Preston of “True Blood” and Super Model Gigi Hadid.

A few of Megaro’s professional achievements include appearances on Norway’s “Yes We Love Hollywood,” Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” E! TV’s Special “Secret Societies of Hollywood” and “Breaking Amish LA.” Megaro’s work has also appeared
on the cover of The Los Angeles Times Style section during Oscar weekend, and has been featured on Vogue.com and MyStyle.com.

Megaro has hosted events for brands and personalities such as: Giorgio Armani, Gucci, Ivanka Trump and Erica Courtney. In addition to serving as a celebrity wardrobe stylist and lifestyle consultant, his creative genius has been tapped in a variety of other roles such as being the lead stylist and creative director for several independent films, music videos, promotional shoots and top studios such as Sony and Weinstein Brothers.

Colin currently resides in New York City and on any given day may be seen strolling the city streets with a signature scarf skillfully placed on his person.
