About Me

My goal from this site is to meet useful, like minded contacts whom I can work with to produce some really individual exciting images.

I began working as a consultant for No7 at Boots the Chemist, I enjoyed this but found there was not enough 'hands on' work involved. I decided to train as a professional make-up artist. I began by doing a B-Tech in make-up artistry from home whilst still working at Boots. Once qualified, I realised that this wasn't advanced enough for me, so I then did an HND in Theatrical Media, Make-up and Costume at Worcester Tech. This gave me far more experience in different areas of the Industry such as SFX, Film, Television and Theatre as well as Fashion and Editorial Make-up.
I have kept my range of skills broad so that I (hopefully) never miss an opportunity. Presently I am very keen to work with photographers as I want to build up my portfolio of images as recently a lot of my work has been Film and SFX based.

I have a very full accomplished CV but I am keen to try new things so there is no project too large or small!
I am based in the West Midlands but I have my own transport so I am willing to travel, I have several connections in London that also make it easy for me to work there.

I wouldnt say I have a particular 'style' but I am a perfectionist in my make-up and I particularly enjoy making skin look flawless and radiant. I pride my self on be quick yet accurate.
My personality is very bright and bubbly and I enjoy meeting new people. I am good at making a model feel at ease and comfortable and believe the whole experience should be fun yet always professional.

My most recent achievement was as Head of Make-up on the film 'How To Become A Criminal Mastermind' directed by Henry Scrivens and can be found on IMDB. This allowed me to work with many talented and friendly actors such as John Fricker (Your Highness-2011), Philip Weddell (ask Olly) and Zoe Richards (Get Him to The Greek).

I have also been working with Zoe on a Teaser for a new television series which featured original music from her partner Newton Faulkner.
