I'm Polly Aldridge, And I'm 17.

I'm currently studying Level 2 in Hair and Media Make-up, along side Body art, Hair (styling, dying, setting and other basic's), Wig making and the basic's of Beauty therapy (tinting - eyebrows/lashes, individual eyelashes, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow perming).

Becoming a Make-up Artist is something I've hoped to succeed in from a young age and I am very dedicated to the Make-up industry, so I'm trying to get as much experience as I can to help me to fullfill this.

I've done work experience at Charles Fox in London for 3 weeks, and learnt a lot from it and how the industry work's. At Charles Fox I also got taught how to 'Airbrush', which I enjoyed a lot. I've done Make-up at photo shoots for people and a party photo shoot for a group of girl's, I've done wedding make up and bridesmaids and I've recently assisted a Make-up Artist at a short film called "No Smoke". Always practising on friends, family and at College.

From this site I hope to meet new people that are willing to help me build up my portfolio and help me gain as much experience as I can at a young age to see the Make-up/Fashion/Photography industry. Would be very very great-full!

After this year at College, I will be going onto second year where I will be learning Prosthetic's, more about Airbrushing, Theatre Make-up and TV.
