About Me

I am a professional oil painter and still-learning photographer from the Birmingham area. My main goal is to tell or imply stories and feelings through an art experience via the very best image that I can produce, whether that be an oil painting or digital image. I am looking for versatile, stylish models who can look gorgeous and yet sit still for oil painting sketches from life and photos in studio or out in a landscape. I am currently looking for studio space in the area and models to play out my ideas. I like art that is direct and telling. I enjoy paintings about and want to create paintings about simple stories - portraits of beauty or remembrance, landscapes, rural scenes, warm feelings, warm light, cool mornings, and delight.

I PAY MODELS for their time when developing or shooting for a painting idea in studio or outdoors. I need models to sit for paintings. I am looking for TFP on strictly photography shoots, where we will be going for glamour, fashion, stories, americana, vintage, pinup, etc. Thank you!
