I am a huge work out fanatic…. I LOVE WORKING OUT, If I’m not working, you generally can find me at the gym. It started off with the occasional yoga session and now I don’t feel the same if I miss a day at the gym.(6 out of 7 days) ♥ Go big or go home! (cycling, running, lifting, crunching, cardio in general – you name it I LOVE IT) I also love to golf and try to go to the driving range when I’m not working or working out…

I started training with a trainer 5 out of 7 days of the week (around 4/2011) and I prefer to shoot only fitness, swim wear and sports modeling photo shoots.

Life is good, it’s a blessing and I try to remember that every single day of my life. My dad told me one time, “You can be a lighthouse to anyone.” So I try to lift my friends up whenever possible. I’m so thankful for my friends & family.

I recently competed in Europa-Dallas (8/2011) I placed in the top 5 of Division B! Very excited about that! My next competition is going to be on a National Level! I can't wait to compete against some of the most amazing and fit women in the United States!

In November, 2011 I competed at South Beach Nationals in Miami. I am now training for the 2012 competition NPC Bikini season and crossing my fingers for a IFBB Pro card! I am sponsored by one of the most amazing Bikini designers/companies in the US for 2012 and I can't wait to continue competing!!!!!
