I am a keen amateur photographer who has started to make inroads as my work is now being published. I have covered many genres of the subject, such as live band photography, street journalism, wedding photography, still life, photo art etc. I always love the highly positive reaction from others when I show my them my work for the first time.

I recently passed a Foundation course in Art, Media and Design with the objective of starting my Degree in Documentary Photography. In order to gain the necessary extra credits for this, I am currently studying a photography course with Ffotogallery who are based at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff, South Wales.

In relation to my Model Mayhem membership, I have also covered portraiture. A friend of mine encouraged me to delve into this area a little more as she discovered it to be one of my strengths. My friend's father is an expert photographer, her uncle runs a camera club which I attend, so she should know! I also feel that I would like to make a living from portraiture as well. I would always be happy for the model to bring along a chaperone if he or she is understandably wary of strangers.

As you may see from my portfolio, I enjoy working in colour as well as black and white, digital and analogue and also I am happy to shoot in the studio as well as at an indoor or outdoor location. I would like to add that I am willing to travel further afield from my hometown to wherever the work may be.

Just to tell you a little bit more about myself, I am always very easy to work with. I am also a very honest and a very approachable person. I am professionally minded and, one thing that I am most proud of, I like to produce work with an edge - whatever the subject is that I am shooting. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
