After completing the Cosmetic Techniques and Management program at Sheridan College in 2009 (which included training in practical beauty, glamour, bridal, runway, makeup for photography, film and television, camouflage, special effects applications, basic hair styling and skin care), I moved on to the Advanced SPFX Makeup, Props and Prosthetics post-graduate program (also at Sheridan College). This advanced program included training in full body prosthetics, full face prosthetics, out of kit effects, molding, sculpting, body casting, prop replication, design and construction, animatronics, and puppetry. I have also developed a keen interest in historical costume construction, and costume reproduction.

CupcakeMonster FX was established in 2011, with a goal to provide services including all that I've listed above, focusing mainly on production for film and television. I am currently freelancing in the film and television industry dealing mostly in the SPFX area. However, I would like to expand my beauty portfolio, and gain more experience working with photographers in many genres.
