I still consider myself an amateur photographer; however, I really want to improve my skills. It is my hope that by joining this site, i will be able to meet other photographers and models who can give me suggestions and advice on ways to improve my skills. I look forward to becoming a member of this site. I currently shoot with a Nikon D300. I hope to eventually upgrade to a Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III, but that is wishful thinking, at least for a while. Most of the shots I have taken have only been of personal friends, who have allowed me to practice my shooting skills wile they practice their modeling skills, so any advice that any of you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Also, as for the cameras, some opinions would be appreciated. As stated earlier, I am new to shooting models and what not, so I need all the help I can get, so hopefully, I can get a lot of what I need via this site.
