I received my start as a photojournalist for a college newspaper. After receiving a bachelor's in history, I put that skill set on the shelf so I could become a Navy Mass Communication Specialist. I have been on active duty for 4 years talking pictures of people existing in a stress-filled, exhausting environment, and jets buzzing the skies overhead. Now I intend to go back to what matters: experiencing people though photography.
