My full name is Emily Tolbert (the French pronounciation, like "The Colbert Report" but with a T as opposed to a C :D ) and I have lived in Los Angeles for almost five years. I am originally from Seattle, WA. I started modeling at age 20, and have been doing freelance work until signing with Infinite in June. During my short time with Infinite, a boutique agency, I discovered free lance was much better work until signed to a major agency. I'm a student at California State University, Northridge, studying Art History. My goals with school are to eventually earn my PhD and be either a museum curator or an art dealer. Until then, the fashion world calls my name. I have some experience in the modeling industry, as seen through my professional photos that are edgy and stunning. My goals with modeling, which Model Mayhem will help become realities, are to have lifestyle prints in magazines such as Cosmopolitan, fitness prints in magazines such as Self, editorial fashion prints in art as fashion magazines, and to bring to life the beautiful fashions of local LA based designers. I have the looks, I just need the help of Model Mayhem to get me to the door, so I may walk through it. I have an incredible passion for fashion, art, music, the sandy so-cal beaches, and the transcendental experience of surfing and running. I love to be with friends, cook, read, and be completely silly while making others laugh. Life is meant to live and experience everything, so why not experience the life of modeling and the adventures it will bring me!
