What is airbrush tanning? Airbrush tanning is the best way to get a tan without the damaging effects of UV exposure. The technician applies a solution via airbrush that is made up of bronzers and DHA. The bronzing effect is visible immediately and washes off after your first shower, but the DHA develops over the next several hours to give you your lasting tan. Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is an FDA approved colorless sugar that reacts with proteins in the outermost layer of skin to create brown skin coloring that looks just like a natural tan.

Airbrush tanning is very different from spray booth tanning! The solution is applied in a very fine mist which is streak-free, and the application is customized for every client to achieve the results he or she is looking for.
