I am an experienced sculptor, costume designer, photographer and fabricator currently developing ideas for a series of cast to the body, hand constructed, Art-clothing pieces for future exhibition.

I am interested in connecting with creatively minded models willing to participate in an extensive artistic process.

It is essential for this work that models are comfortable in their own skin as well as adventurous and patient.

I will be working directly from the body (and in direct artistic collaboration with models) to initially design outfits.

I then make full body casts, directly from the model, that I will use for construction of the costumes and ultimately as mannequins to display the work.

The costume will be built up to reference the models physique and will be constructed using colours, shapes, materials and sculpted elements that also reflect the personality of the wearer.

High quality studio photos of models wearing the finished work will be taken at the end of the process.

I am not limiting myself as to a specific age, body type size or height for this project as I want a broad and contrasting cross section of styles represented in the work. Being over 18 is, however, essential and bodies with some structure (muscles, curves, strong lines) would probably be preferred as they would give me more to work with.
