The word photography derives from the Greek words phōs (genitive: phōtós) light, and gráphein, to write (Sir John Herschel in 1839.)

For me, photography is an art of drawing and capturing God's creation, and spread it to the world so everyone knows about it. Before i know photography, i always love drawing, especially sketching and pencil drawing. But since my introduction to digital camera about 2 years ago (2008), my life has changed. Suddenly, i have a new passion and desire for a new kind of "drawing". The more I explored the digital world, the more that I know, that this kind of "drawing" is subtle art and cannot be mastered, because sky is the limit. So in order to gain more knowledge about photography art, i joined MM, in searching for more God's Creation to be painted with.

Because photography is my passion, sometimes i don't accept payment at all. really! as long we having fun, that's okay with me :)
