Deborah has been a lifelong athlete who has competed on the national level as a ranked collegiate tennis player, as well as a trained gymnast, dancer and now professional IFBB figure competitor. Deborah has experienced numerous injuries throughout her athletic career, which has naturally drawn her to work in the field of physical therapy and personal training. Deborah has a special interest and talent for helping others achieve their personal goals, whether it is recovering from an injury, loosing ten pounds, or steeping on stage for competition.

Through competing in fitness, figure and bodybuilding contests, Deborah has gained further expertise in the areas of nutrition and supplementation. Her education lets you know that her regimen is founded in science, and more importantly her physical appearance exhibits that her methods work. Deborah earned her IFBB Figure Pro card at the Team Universe Figure Nationals 2003.

Deb is currently working hard on her new baby clothing line and obtaining her second specialty in her physical therapy career. She is extremely busy in the clinic and the gym these days. She is planning to make several appearances in 2011.

Deborah received her masters and doctorate degrees in physical therapy at the university for St. Augustine for health sciences where she also obtained her manual therapy certification. Deborah is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the national strength and conditioning association.
