Marek grew up in a multicultural society with hungaro-slovakian parents which influenced his way of seeing things in much wider perspective. He spent nearly 4 years in never resting middle east where human lifes and destinies became his main source of inspiration. Since then, he developed his passion for photography into a full time profession. In late 2002 he moved to USA where he graduated at the New York Institute of Photography. He had the chance to work and learn from some of the greatest photographers in business like Monte Zucker, Doug Gordon, Rick Diaz or Mark Greenberg. Marek has now more than 10 years of international photography and image processing experiences.
His work has been published in magazines around the world and many of his photos have also been used for promotional material, calendars and postcards. Since 2004 he is an active NAPP and WPPI member.
