My name is Todd Anderson and I've been professionally involved in advertising on the design / art direction end for more than fifteen years. I've always practiced / studied photography passionately on the side, and have recently picked it up again to get serious about it. The portfolio shown here are a few of the recent images I've created in the last couple of years or so, and I've come to model mayhem to find some more collaborators in terms of subjects / models.

I'm originally from Southern California, but it is safe to say I have some European influence in my sensibilities. Los Angeles / Orange County are my closest markets, but I am open to travel if the collaboration seems like a good fit. Feel free to ask if I may be in the area.

I should also mention that ninety percent of the images in my portfolio have been created with analog film cameras. I have plenty of digital cameras to work into the mix when need be, but I am after a more poetic / painterly quality in my images at this time and find the journey a little more rewarding working with analog. Also, I am still a firm believer that for portraiture, and much fashion / beauty work, film is still the more appropriate medium. Beyond the softer texture, and before mentioned painterly qualities, skin tones just seem to fall into place when you need them to, as well.
