I’m Candy Hayward and I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Bountiful, Utah. I am a wife and a mother to four beautiful children and a dog who is not so beautiful. I love my family and all the support they give me. I love Dark Chocolate and Hot Tamales. And shoes….one can never have too many shoes.

I graduated with my photography degree the end of 2003. While attending school I thought about majoring in graphic design so I signed up for some generals and a photography class. My Photography professor took me aside and said, “If you don’t go into photography, you are making a big mistake”. So I followed his advice and began my pursuit of capturing light. I love creating new and original ideas. Being a woman, I am naturally a creator, and I shoot with that same emotion. As much as I can go on about me and my awesomeness, it is really not about me. It’s about you! I want to be able to photograph who You are! I want to listen to your stories and be able to tell them and relate those feelings into pictures. I am an artist at heart and love to capture those special moments in people’s lives. I am passionate about photography and the impact it has in our lives. If the house catches fire, what items do people always get from the house first? Pictures! I want to help create those priceless images that will be your legacy for generations to come.
