I started shooting 35mm film in high school in 2003. I continued my education afterwards at Grant Macewan where I am now in my last months of finishing up my diploma in their Design and Photography program. I am fortunate to say that during my time in both high school as well as University, I was part of the last generation that got to experience film before they removed it from their programs and converted entirely to digital. This was a blessing in many ways, to grow up with film, as I learned patience, attention to detail, process work--but of most importance, it taught me to think before I shoot. To be a critical thinker, a problem-solver, and a decision-maker...

I have shot somewhere in the vicinity of 200,000 exposures. I shoot personally as well as commercially. I aspire to do creative work here in Edmonton, but would be happy to travel when granted the opportunity. I hope to collaborate with other creatives both personally and professionally. No matter what the project, I hope to put in my best effort to fulfill the vision.

In the future I would like to continue my education, and begin design firm, and start a family.
