I'm a freelance hair and makeup artist in the Houston area. I have always loved doing hair and makeup and I was finally able to realize my dream of starting my career when I attended the Aveda Institute. While there, I was trained INTENSIVELY in all things hair and makeup. I was fortunate enough to enter a contest and win as the Aveda Design Team Makeup Artist in 2009. I am currently looking to build on my portfolio and I'd prefer paid assignments but I am willing to do TFP work as long as it adds something different to my portfolio and it leads to a paid assignment. I am open to different types, styles, colors, personalities. The only thing I won't do is nudity. I would love to build relationships with local photographers and models and even other hair and makeup artists.
