I've been retouching photos and doing digital art with Photoshop for over8 years. I'm currently using Photoshop CS4 and I absolutely love it!

Dramatic photo-manipulations are charged for by the hour as the level of difficulty varies from concept to concept. Basic photo-manips are usually about $10 (2 hours time) If you have an idea for something, let me know and we'll discuss it.
