My name is Jericka Los and I graudated from Blanche Macdonald Center, and I took the Full Time Global Artistry course.
My whole life I have been into art, and I have been told several times that I have an eye for colour and seeing where it needs to go. In high school, my main focus was on drawing and painting and computer graphics, with a bit of photography, but I have always been curious about makeup, even though I did not wear it a lot. When I graduated high school, I was sure I was getting into graphic design, but years went by and I did not know what to do. I dabbled here and there with makeup in these years off school, and occasionally I would do mini photo shoots with my older sister, who is a photographer. My family and friends were always so gracious with compliments whenever I would do a makeup and would tell me how gentle I am with the brush and that I should go to school for it. I decided to do it.
I found Blanche Macdonald and I signed up. I think it has been the best thing for me to do this as I have found that makeup is my true passion. The art of it is so fascinating and I cannot stop! When I do a makeup, it makes me happy.

My favourite types of makeups are full of colour and intensity, so I like to do these kinds the most, although I can, and am good at doing modest and contemporary looks as well. I love to sculpt the face and change it into something of an art.

My main goal in makeup, is to be involved in music videoss. I want my name to be shown in the credits, I want to be a part of something big. My other goal is to work on Lady Gaga. It would be a DREAM come true if I were to be able to work on her.

With this website, I am hoping to build my portfolio, and build my skills in the world of makeup. I am interested in doing all kinds of works; Bridal, Editorial, Fashion.. basically anything!


**I am looking to change my portfolio to match what I want to represent. I want to do creative, crazy, colourful photos! Avant Garde, high fashion, interesting to look at! If you are interested in working with me, let me know! I am available on weekends and weekdays after 4 in Burnaby or Vancouver. I do not have a car but use public transit.**
