Hi, I am Eric. I go by the nick name Bluemonkey08 on Flickr. I am currently based in Newcastle, NSW. I do travel frequently to Sydney and Canberra, as well as occasionally back to Singapore. I am still a student but have taken up photography as a serious hobby over the last 3 years (since 2007). Though I started out photographing sceneries and macros, I have started to move towards exploration of the human form and lighting and so is still a greenhorn in this field.

I have been practicing using myself as a subject to play with lighting but would very much love to work more with models who would love to experiment with different, unique and interesting concepts, something which I can imagine yet not physically see in effect if using myself.

I am currently on the look out for models to volunteer on a TFP/TFCD basis, and is open to various ideas. I am also very interested to work with and to meet other Photographers and MUAs. So give me a yell if you are interested.

I have been very lucky to be able to start off my first shoot with a couple of local photographers and models at a Nude Workshop. Some of these images have been uploaded here. You can see the rest over at my alternate Flickr account which I hope to use for model shoots.
