Why call it Espionage Cosmetics?

There are two people in the Espionage Cosmetics equation:

A professional, MUD certified make-up artist in Seattle, Washington with a severe glitter addiction. She is our resident expert on all things outlandish and fabulous.

And

A Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps currently stationed in Iwakuni, Japan. She happens to be our resident bad-ass and business manager.

A nearly year and a half long stalking of FDA requirements, message boards, competition, eye makeup forums, expos, and the make-up counters at the mall has finally resulted in “Espionage Cosmetics”.

We have just the right amount of military to keep our business operations running smoothly. Just the right amount of make-up artist to know what in the hell we are talking about. Oh, and a dash of actual Espionage to make us worthy of our name.
