An artist and musician since birth, Heather Pittmon lives each day exuding change and transformation through her work. Utilizing simple silhouettes with intricate design detailing is her aesthetic. Ms. Pittmon believes in giving 110% to each project she takes on with a spirit of quality and excellence from beginning to end. She values professionalism, individualism & freedom in design and COLOR!! "They are a reflection of your inner most being and yet are the closest things to you on the outside everyday. Your clothes matter." She is a firm believer that your wardrobe should be a compilation of expressions revealing who you really are. When designing for younger individuals, Ms. Pittmon makes a point to incorporate something unique to the garment, whether it be wording, cuts or colors, to translate to her younger population just how individually different and unique each one of them are.

In 2008, Heather founded BluOranges, Inc., a non-profit youth empowerment organization that educates youth 13-19 through art on the critical importance of being their TRUE SELVES to help move them towards their life's passion and purpose. "Everyday, I am more and more aware of how socially acceptable the FEAR of being yourself is, not only with teenagers, but men and women in their 40s and 50s!! It's been my experience that being who God originally created you to be is the best gift you could ever give to the world."

"My goal is to work full-time as a designer and stylist, whether it's for myself or an established company. I joined Model Mayhem to enlarge my fashion network--hopefully I'll form great partnerships and collaborations!"

Although work is important, Heather is also very active by way of roller skating, dancing and swimming. She also plays the violin--it's blue.
