Hey Mayhemers.. I was recently told about model mayhem and Id like to start by saying this is a fantastic site with amazing capabilities. I would love to find extremely gorgeous models to photograph and find fellow photographers to inspire me. There is so much talent out there in the world and just because you are not famous does NOT mean that you are not one of the best out there.....Ive been in the industry for about 15 years.. I started off as a pinup model and continued onto photography about 10 years ago. I dont really do pinup photography because I had an amazing photographer and could never ever compete with the beauty be made in his pictures. I grew up in Hawaii so I love the water and the waves and would reallly like to work on some things at the Jersey Shore since I just recently moved here from Utah..which wasn't the best place for an island girl.Women get underestimated in the boudoir field because some people think only men know how to photograph sexy women. LIESSS! I do mostly boudoir/glamour photography.. and I enjoy doing it more than anything. I do paid shoots for the most part, but if you are a bombshell model and I think that you are what I am looking for I will gladly do TFP.
I think all women are beautiful, and I think its unfair for photographers who are unprofessional to take pictures of women that dont protray their beauty. I give credit where it is deserved.. confident models are even more gorgeous, and confidence comes from being complimented where it is deserved. Any photographer that has the nerve to be rude and tell a model they are too fat or too ugly to do something doesnt deserve to be in the industry. BUT if you are a model and you want to do well.... TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY... it makes all the difference and people will respect you more ( as much as it is unfair)
