[b]1.[/b] [i]Skin should not look plastic: I work on skin at pixel level with non destructive techniques to ensure the image remains realistic and of the highest quality.[/i]
[b]2.[/b] [i]It's all in the details: Often times it's the little things that detract from an image's beauty and my goal is to ensure the image's focus is exactly where it should be with quality work.[/i]
[b]3.[/b] [i]Your vision brought to life: What you envisioned the end results to be is the most important part of retouching, it's my job to make that vision a reality. When you have an image but don't have a clear vision of the final product, I'm always here to help make suggestions on what would really help the image "pop".[/i]

[b]-[/b][i]Provide full size proofs of each photo you would like retouched, any sample images for reference, and any specific requests/instructions via e-mail or my dropbox. I will review the image[s] at the soonest possibility and will send you an e-mail with my quote.[/i]

[b][i][u]Delivery[/u][/i][/b]
[b]-[/b][i]I provide all clients a ftp account for the purpose of delivering both retouches for your revision and the final retouch file. Please let me know if there's a different file sharing method you would prefer[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]Final retouches are delivered in a flattened TIFF format unless a JPEG or PSD format is otherwise requested[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]Layered TIFF/PSD formats are available upon request for an additional fee[/i]

[b][i][u]Payment[/u][/i][/b]
[b]-[/b][i]I require a 50% deposit of the agreed upon quote before I begin retouching[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]A full sized watermark preview will be sent to you for revisions once I am done[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]Once you are satisfied with the completion of any necessary revisions I will send an invoice for the remaining payment[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]When the payment clears the high-res retouched image will be uploaded to the ftp account or through your preferred method of transfer[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]I currently only accept payments completed through paypal[/i]

[b][i][u]Turn Around[/u][/i][/b]
[b]-[/b][i]My turn around time is 2-3 business days[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]The turn around time begins after we have reached a price agreement and I have received the 50% deposit[/i]
[b]-[/b][i]Priority orders can be placed with an additional fee. I offer the option of a 24 hour turn around or a 48 hour turn around (each priced accordingly), these are guaranteed and are completed regardless of any Holidays or day of the week. Priority orders are based on first come first serve and so they are not always available, please inquire about them when you are asking for an estimate.[/i]

[b]-[/b][i]I only accept TF* orders that I feel will mutually benefit our ports. I recognize many photographers retouch their own images and prefer it that way, if I have asked you for trade work please do not be offended, it means I love your work and would be honored to collaborate with you.[/i]
