I was a photojournalist for 9 years, first with the U.S. Army and then briefly for the Washington Times before leaving editorial photography to pursue other academic interests. I am now enrolled in a local university and I am missing the fun of photography. A friend referred me to the site and I decided to see what was available as I explore the possibility of taking my photography in another direction. I am very comfortable with a camera and I am most experienced with capturing unscripted moments as they occur around me, so I presently have little experience working with models outside of doing gratuitous work for friends.
I am excited about the potential growth and connections that can be achieved through this site and I look forward to generating a strong portfolio in this field.
