Fashion is more than "clothing." It is a lifestyle and a form of artistic expression, which I communicate through the medium of photography.

Fashion has many directions it can take, but I like to evoke an emotion through the execution of the pose and composition of the frame and model. My process begins with a blank canvas that I use to express and develop my concepts. It could be a narrative idea, which I would like to make visually come alive. I choose the location and or the manipulation of the studio space, then I can concentrate on the composition, lighting, and camera angles. Next, I take into consideration the personality of the model. Each and every photo has its own story, which occurs at that particular moment, thus causing a chain reaction where the concept could blossom into a series. I try to show the other side of the person, whether it is their fantasy or desire to make up their story.

My work relates to magazines more along the lines of photo are challenges where the existing ideas of the male and female sexual norms are. The male can have feminine side and female can have masculine style. Fashion has no boundaries, and I want to explore all I can of the human story as expressed trough fashion.
