I have been involved with photography for over 20 years. Several years ago I decided to concentrate on the male form. The mood I attempt to capture is the beauty, strength and vulnerability of the naked male figure and presents it as an artistic representation of the subject. Working mainly in the black and white film medium the primary aim is to show the male nude as an object of beauty.

The photographs have been created from the many shoots carried out over several years. The beauty of each model has been heightened by the intensity of the lighting which, as an artist, is of the primary importance.

Having recently returned to my home city of Glasgow, I am very keen to meet and work with local models. I will continue with shoots in London and further afield with many of the models I have worked with before, however I am always more than happy to collaborate with new people.
