Jacqueline Garcia had a strong passion for photography at a young age; growing up with Polaroid, film, and Kodak point-and-shoot cameras. In high school she took two years of film photography; there she learned to develop film and make prints. Majoring in Photography at The Art Insitute of Washington, she is experienced with strobe lights, speedlights, retouching, and printing. She is an aspiring fashion and music photographer. She finds the avant-garde, high fashion exciting to photograph. She has also been a big music fan for years and began shooting live music in 2005, and recently in 2010 started receiving photo passes. She's had the opportunity to photograph live performances at Rams Head Live, The Black Cat, Rock and Roll Hotel, Club 9:30, Jammin Java, Jaxx Nightclub, and The Southern.
