Hey, I just opened a new and second private shared co-op studio in downtown San Jose called The ATTIC. Its on the top (13th) floor of an old historic building.. It's like having your own studio. This new studio is very old rustic with concrete walls, floor, ceilings, exposed pipes, very dungeon like...
